• ListenUP! Canada clients whose original two year protection plan has expired and wish to continue receiving batteries, and also to continue receiving a range of no cost support services
• Hearing Aid owners who did not purchase their hearing instruments at ListenUP! Canada but would value having these services (see description below) and coverage at an attractive price

Extended Protection includes all you will need for one full year in one convenient all-inclusive package and price. Two service levels are available:

Extended Protection – Gold Package

This all-inclusive premium service package includes:

• Batteries supplied
• Complementary cleanings, re-programming, adjustments and check-ups
• Hearing Aid Validation
• Comprehensive hearing assessment
• Communications counseling and advice as needed
  • Complimentary workshops – learn how to get the most out of your hearing aids, and how to adjust your lifestyle to benefit most from them
• Minor repairs such as tube or battery door replacements
• Loaner hearing aids as needed
• Complimentary ear-mold replacements as needed
• Full repair warranty
  • Coverage for typical repair situations resulting from everyday wear and tear, dropping, parts replacement, moisture and/or wax build-up
  • Typical repairs will include intermittency problems from wax or moisture build-up; damage to the microphone by dropping the hearing aid and causing a shift in location; amplifier replacement due to wax, wear and tear, or moisture; or a cracked shell
  • Complimentary wax removal and management
